Exploring Empirical Rules for Construction Accident Prevention Based on Unsafe Behaviors

This paper is aimed at exploring rules for construction accident prevention based on unsafe behaviors. The literature review demonstrates a clear connection between and behaviors, followed by 2-year field investigation resulting in 2207 observations convenient sampling with 95% confidence 5% limit of errors the 50–50 category. There are 80.43% behaviors categorized into “Regulations Occupational Safety Health Equipment Measures”, where there 66.37% regulations law VII violations, linking fall most cases (94.48%) Fall Protection Structure Strengthening. Apriori yields 13 association rules, top 3 show that 44.11% Passage lighting category linked to equipment inspections; 29.41% high-pressure gas 100% fire protection behavior. findings clarify can prevent workers from accidents sites.
